ISLAMABAD, March 20 (Xinhua) -- At least three terrorists were killed after a group of terrorists attacked a government building in Pakistan's southwest Gwadar district of Balochistan province on Wednesday, police said.

At least five to six terrorists tried to make their way into the Gwadar Port Authority office building in the district while hurling hand grenades and firing indiscriminately, police officials told Xinhua, adding that the operation against the terrorists is still underway.

Following the attack, law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area. An additional contingent of police has been called in.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. Enditem
