LOS ANGELES -- Two soldiers were injured in a military helicopter crash in the western U.S. state of Colorado on Wednesday, local media reported.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. local time (0130 GMT Thursday), a single AH-64 Apache helicopter crashed while conducting routine training on the post, said officials at Fort Carson, KKTV, a television station in Colorado Springs in the state, reported. (U.S.-Military helicopter-Crash)

TOKYO -- Japanese drugmaker Kobayashi Pharmaceutical on Thursday disclosed that the number of death reports has risen to four upon consuming supplements with red yeast rice, or beni-koji, produced by the company.

WASHINGTON -- Officials said Wednesday that the bodies of two people were recovered in a pickup truck earlier in the day from the bridge collapse site in the U.S. city of Baltimore.

"Divers located a red pickup truck submerged and approximately 25 feet of water in the area of the middle span of the bridge. ACCRA -- Three police officers were killed in a car crash in the Ashanti Region of Ghana on Wednesday, the Ghana Police Service said in a statement.
