RAMALLAH -- The Palestinian new government headed by Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa was sworn in here in the West Bank on Sunday.

The new government consists of 23 ministerial portfolios, including at least six ministers from the Gaza Strip. Mustafa will also take over the position of foreign minister from veteran diplomat Riyad Al-Maliki. (Palestine-New Gov't-Sworn-in)

DHAKA -- A Bangladeshi minister on Sunday said that the country would temporarily suspend services Facebook and YouTube if they don't obey government instructions to control "disinformation."

BAGHDAD -- The Iraqi Oil Ministry on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the German Siemens and the U.S. Schlumberger companies on the utilization of associated gas in the Iraqi oil fields.

During the signing ceremony, Iraqi Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani said that the MoU is consistent with the ministry's plan to utilize associated gas for electricity production, according to a ministry statement. (Iraq-Gas-MoU)

JERUSALEM -- An Israeli delegation of security officials departed for Egypt's Cairo on Sunday for talks to secure the release of hostages held in Gaza as part of a ceasefire deal.
