BUENOS AIRES, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Argentina's Racing Club extended their impressive start to the Copa Sudamericana season with a 3-0 home win over Brazilian side Bragantino on Wednesday.
Maximiliano Salas and Adrian Martinez scored first-half goals before Roger Martinez completed the rout in second-half stoppage time.
The visitors were reduced to 10 men in the 94th minute when Juninho Capixaba was shown a straight red card for violent conduct.
Racing now lead the Group H standings with six points from two games, three points clear of second-placed Bragantino.
In other Copa Sudamericana group-stage matches on Wednesday, Always Ready drew 1-1 at Defensa y Justicia, Fortaleza thrashed Nacional Potosi 5-0, Internacional were held to a goalless home draw by Real Tomayapo and Universidad Catolica won 1-0 at Union La Carrera. Enditem
