JAKARTA, April 18 (Xinhua) -- The Huawei Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Competition 2023-2024 Asia Pacific Regional Final concluded here on Thursday, with more than 6,000 university students from 14 countries and regions participating.

The winners of the 8th Huawei ICT Competition Asia Pacific 2023-2024 were announced at an award ceremony jointly held by Huawei and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Foundation at the ASEAN Headquarters in Jakarta.

The winning teams of the regional competition will participate in the global finals at the Global Final of the Huawei ICT Competition in Shenzhen next month.

Cebu Institute of Technology-University from the Philippines got the Grand Prize in the Innovation Track. Bandung Institute of Technology from Indonesia topped the Network Track, while the Grand Prize in the Cloud Track was awarded to Singapore Polytechnic.
