TUNIS, April 19 (Xinhua) -- A total of 23 tourists of several different nationalities were injured after a tourist bus veered off road in the southern suburbs of the Tunisian capital Tunis, the state radio station reported on Friday.

"The accident occurred at about 5:45 a.m. local time (0445 GMT), when a tourist bus, carrying 23 tourists, veered off road in the Borj Cedria district coming from Sousse province in east-central Tunisia," the radio station quoted Moez Triaa, the spokesman for the Civil Protection Department as saying.
