BAMYAN, Afghanistan, May 3 (Xinhua) -- Two separate road crashes killed one commuter and injured 12 others in central Afghanistan's Bamyan province on Friday, the provincial police office said.

The first incident occurred in the Kahmard district of Bamyan, where a car overturned due to reckless driving, leaving one dead on the spot. Later, in the Sokhta Chinar area, another car collided with a vehicle traveling from the opposite direction, causing injuries to 12 individuals on the spot, according to the official statement.
