UNITED NATIONS -- UN humanitarians said on Tuesday that recent heavy rains in the northwest of violence-scarred Haiti have triggered flooding and landslides that have taken 13 lives.

BAGHDAD -- A Shiite militia in Iraq on Tuesday claimed responsibility for a drone attack on a site in Eilat in southern Israel.

The militia, known as the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, said in an online statement that its fighters launched a drone attack "on a vital site in Eilat on Tuesday evening" without providing additional details about the specific location targeted or any resulting casualties. CAIRO -- Egypt is hosting delegations from Hamas, Israel, Qatar and the United States in Cairo on Tuesday with the aim of reaching a "comprehensive truce" in the Gaza Strip, state-affiliated Al-Qahera News TV channel reported.

WASHINGTON -- Officials said Tuesday they have recovered the body of the sixth and final worker who has been missing after a bridge collapse in the U.S. city of Baltimore more than one month ago.

Unified Command salvage teams located the victim and promptly notified the Maryland Department of State Police. State police investigators along with officers from the Maryland Transportation Authority Police and the FBI responded to the scene and recovered the body of a sixth construction worker, according to an official statement posted online.
