CHICAGO -- Multiple tornadoes ripped through western part of U.S. Midwestern state of Iowa on Tuesday afternoon, causing at least one death and major damage, local media reported.

NEW DELHI -- At least six persons, including two children, were feared drowned when a boat carrying them capsized in a dam in India's southwestern state of Maharashtra late Tuesday evening, a local police officer said on Wednesday.
