DHAKA -- Bangladesh has begun evacuating millions of people ahead of Cyclone Remal, which is expected to bring winds as fast as 130 kmph when it makes landfall.

NEW DELHI -- The death toll in Saturday's fire in India's western state of Gujarat has risen to 28 from 24, a local fire department official said on Sunday.

PHNOM PENH -- The ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) on Sunday won the most votes in the municipal, provincial, town and district council elections for the fourth term, according to preliminary results released by the National Election Committee (NEC).
