RAMALLAH -- Two Palestinians, including a teenager, were killed Monday by Israeli gunfire in two separate incidents in the West Bank, according to Palestinian sources.

In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed that Mahmoud Nabrisi, a 15-year-old boy, was killed in the al-Far'a refugee camp near the northern West Bank city of Tubas. (West Bank-Israel-Attack)

ADEN, Yemen -- A total of 41 bodies of African migrants were recovered after their overcrowded boat capsized in the Arabian Sea off the coast of eastern Yemen on Monday, a government official told Xinhua.

Ali Al-Dheeb, director general of the Yemeni Ministry of Health office in Shabwa province, revealed that a boat carrying more than 200 African migrants had met with catastrophe, overturning in the waters off the shores of Shabwa. (Yemen-Migrants-Deaths)

Gaza -- The U.S. temporary floating pier off Gaza has made no "serious contribution" to alleviating the humanitarian crisis in the enclave, the Hamas-run government media office said on Monday.

CAIRO -- Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken agreed on Monday to intensify efforts to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
