TOKYO -- A boat carrying about 10 people on Saturday capsized off the coast of Enoshima in Fujisawa city, Kanagawa prefecture in Japan, local media reported.

SEOUL -- Three men were killed in what is believed to be an arson attack at an inn in South Korea's North Chungcheong province, Yonhap news agency reported Saturday.
A fire broke out at the inn at about 1:44 a.m. local time (1644 GMT Friday), killing three men presumed to be long-term guests. The fire was extinguished in about an hour. (South Korea-Arson)

YANGON -- The death toll from Myanmar's floods has risen to 384, with 89 people still missing as of Saturday morning, the Information Team of Myanmar's State Administration Council reported on Saturday.
The deaths included 164 from Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, 134 from Mandalay Region, 78 from Shan State, five from Kayin State, two from Bago Region and one from Ayeyarwady Region, the report said. (Myanmar-Flood Death Toll) Enditem
