TUNIS, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Tunisian Prime Minister Kamel Madouri on Monday met with a delegation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on broadening cooperation in Tunisia's energy and digitalization sectors.

During the meeting with the delegation led by EBRD Vice President Matteo Patrone, Madouri expressed the wish to see more diversified cooperation between Tunisia and the EBRD on technological innovation and green economy, according to a statement released by the Tunisian government on Monday night.

"Tunisia is living to the rhythm of a momentum of revision and development of a flexible and attractive legal framework that encourages public and private investments and tends to boost the realization of mega-public projects," Madouri noted.

He mentioned the legislation to be adopted and the procedures to be implemented to stimulate investments, particularly in transport, renewable energy, mining, water desalination, health, infrastructure and modern technologies.

According to the statement, Patrone voiced the EBRD's continuous support for both Tunisia's national projects and its small and medium enterprises, in addition to cooperation and financing programs on phosphate, energy transformation, water, land and rail transport, and infrastructure projects.
