Brunei top graduates honored for academic excellence

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- A total of 15 graduates in Brunei were recognized at a ceremony to honor their academic achievements, local media reported on Friday.

According to the local daily Borneo Bulletin, the graduates had completed their studies at both local and international institutions in 2024. Hj Awg Badaruddin, Brunei's minister of religious affairs, presented the awards to the top graduates.

By recognizing and honoring these outstanding graduates, the ministry aims to inspire future generations to strive for academic excellence, according to the media report.

Brunei is a Sultanate in Southeast Asia, rich in oil and gas resources, with a population of 340,000 citizens and a high-level education system. Enditem
