NEW DELHI, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- Unidentified assailants killed two migrant laborers in India's strife-torn northeastern state of Manipur, local police said on Sunday.

The incident took place in the state's Kakching district late on Saturday. The victims, aged 17 and 18, hailed from the eastern state of Bihar. They had been working in Manipur for the past several months.

The motive behind the killing was not known. Enditem
