KABUL, April 18 (Xinhua) -- Four commuters lost their lives on the spot as their car collided with a mini-truck coming from the opposite direction in eastern Afghanistan's Wardak province on Thursday night, reported the state-owned Bakhtar news agency on Friday.
Blaming reckless driving for the deadly mishap, the news agency called upon drivers to respect traffic laws on the congested roads and highways.
