HANOI -- The Vietnamese National Assembly on Saturday approved a resolution to adjust and supplement the 2025 state budget, with key allocations aimed at supporting public sector reform, education and innovation.

OKYO -- A gas leak occurred at a major oil processing facility located in the coastal area of Sakai City, Osaka on Saturday morning, leaving one dead and two others hospitalized, local media reported.
