TOKYO -- A fire that broke out at a factory near Tokyo's Haneda Airport was almost completely put out Saturday morning after causing delays to some flights, local media reported.

YANGON -- Myanmar police have seized 1.8 tons of caffeine in central Myanmar's Mandalay region, the state-owned daily The Mirror reported on Saturday.

MANILA -- Three people were killed after they were swept away in flash floods that hit villages in Sultan Kudarat province in the southern Philippines, provincial authorities said Saturday.
