FRANKFURT -- The European Central Bank (ECB) on Thursday made another rate cut of 25 basis points and revised its inflation forecast down in its latest staff projection.

MOSCOW -- Several trains were temporarily suspended in southwestern Russia's Voronezh Region after a blast damaged a section of the railway, local authorities said Thursday.

MADRID -- Four people, including an off-duty police officer, died in a high-speed collision robbery in the city of Malaga in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The incident happened at 05:30 local time (0430 GMT) after three of the victims used their vehicle as a battering ram to rob a pharmacy in Malaga (southern Spain).
