WASHINGTON -- The United States announced Tuesday its decision to pull out of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization two years after rejoining.

NEW DELHI -- Four college students were among six people who died in two separate road accidents in India's northern state of Punjab, confirmed a cop on Tuesday.

ISLAMABAD -- At least 221 people have been killed and 592 others injured across Pakistan as heavy monsoon rains triggered flash floods and other rain-related incidents since late June, the country's disaster management authority has said.
