BANGKOK -- Thailand's acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai on Wednesday ordered to downgrade diplomatic relations with Cambodia by recalling the country's ambassador from Phnom Penh after a Thai soldier stepped on a landmine in border areas.

KABUL -- Six people died and 12 others were injured due to an explosion inside a coal mine in northern Afghanistan's Baghlan province on Tuesday, provincial director for coal mine Mawlawi Abdullah said.

KIEV -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree to establish a 14-member delegation for upcoming talks with Russia, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported Wednesday.
