KHARTOUM -- At least 16 civilians were killed and eight others injured in an attack by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on a village in North Kordofan State, western Sudan, volunteer groups said on Friday.
"Yesterday (Thursday) evening, RSF forces attacked the village of Markaz Al-Ziyadiya in North Kordofan State," which also left six individuals missing, the Sudanese Doctors Network, a volunteer group, said in a statement. (Sudan-RSF-Attacks)

ISLAMABAD -- A frontier corps soldier was killed and at least three others injured in a terrorist attack in Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police said on Friday.

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi group claimed responsibility for three drone attacks on Israel carried out earlier on Friday, according to a televised statement aired by the Houthi-run al-Masirah TV.
In the broadcast, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said the group targeted Ben Gurion Airport in central Israel, as well as two "military targets" in the southern cities of Ashkelon and Be'er Sheva. No further details were provided. (Yemen-Houthis-Israel) Enditem
