JAKARTA -- Indonesia's Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway, locally known as Whoosh, recorded a 6.3 percent increase in passengers to more than 5.1 million from January to October, according to its operator PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC).
"The rise in passenger numbers demonstrates growing public trust in the Whoosh high-speed train as a fast and reliable mode of transportation between Jakarta and Bandung," said Eva Chairunisa, KCIC's corporate secretary general manager. (Indonesia-China-HSR)
