LOS ANGELES -- The recall of ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula in the United States has been expanded to include all products, as infant botulism cases continued to rise across multiple states, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

GAZA -- Gaza's Civil Defense said Tuesday that its teams recovered 20 bodies from the area of the Sheikh Radwan Clinic in Gaza City.

TUNIS -- The World Bank said Tuesday that it has signed a 430-million-U.S. dollar financing agreement with Tunisia to support the country's transition to cleaner and more reliable energy under a five-year initiative.

The funding, which includes 30 million dollars in concessional financing, will be implemented under the Tunisia Energy Reliability, Efficiency, and Governance Improvement Program, which aims to strengthen the national electricity utility, promote renewable energy, and enhance energy sector governance, it said in a statement. MOSCOW -- Forty-three people were injured in the collapse of a wooden structure during a funeral in Russia's Chechnya, the regional ministry of health said Tuesday.
