BOGOTA -- The death toll from Monday's 7.4-magnitude earthquake in Colombia has risen to 273, David Tamayo, director of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management, said Thursday.
"We have the report of 40,753 affected families, 97,515 affected people and 273 deaths. Of those 273 deaths, 250 bodies have arrived at Legal Medicine, 227 have been identified and 189 have been handed over to their families," Tamayo told a press conference. (Colombia-Earthquake-Death Toll)

WASHINGTON -- The board of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday voted to inscribe U.S. President Donald Trump's name on the building, although a federal judge previously ruled it unlawful, U.S. media reported Thursday.

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi group said Thursday it had launched a fresh drone attack on an Aramco oil refinery in Saudi Arabia's southwestern city of Jazan, marking another strike on the kingdom's energy infrastructure amid escalating tensions between the two sides.
