Sri Lankan president visits Beijing monastery

The Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa visited Lingguang Monastery in Beijing after his arrival on Monday morning. Invited by President Xi Jinping, Rajapaksa will be in China from May 27 to May 30. Rajapaksa will meet with President Xi and Premier Li Keqiang, and will also attend the 2013 Special Conference of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties, or ICAPP, in Xi'an, capital of the province of Shaanxi.
