Wen congratulates Australian Labor Party leader

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao sent a message to Kevin Rudd on Sunday, congratulating him on his victory in Australia's general elections.

The Labor Party led by Rudd won a landslide victory in the national elections on Saturday. Rudd will become the country's 26th prime minister, replacing Prime Minister John Howard.
