A hydrogen car that can hit 145 kilometers per hour has been rolled out in Birmingham, England. The car has all the same features as a gas-powered vehicle - minus the pollution.

This car is not guzzling petrol or diesel, but hydrogen.

Unlike previous hydrogen cars, it claims to have the same performance as a fossil-fuel powered engine, but is a lot more environmentally friendly.

Fuel cells in the car combine hydrogen and oxygen -- making energy and the waste product -- water.
