The Halloween carnival in Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Ocean Kingdom officially began on October 14. One highlight is that visitors can get a free "ghost makeup" service and Mike, the Hollywood stylist who twice won the Emmy Award for best make-up was invited to Chimelong to give makeup lessons and training.

This year, the Halloween celebration district is 'Hengqin Port', which has introduced three theme haunted mansions with an investment of more than 10 million yuan. Each ghost in the mansion is different and unique, ready to provide visitors with spine-chilling satisfaction and surprise.

The three high-tech haunted mansions have separate themes -'Escaping', 'Dead Sea Treasure Hunt' and 'Spiritual Warehouse'. With a large number of ghosts and tourists participating, the carnival will be the largest Halloweentheme party in the Zhuhai-Zhongshan-Jiangmen-Macao area.

"Moreover, a themed eat-and-play area covering an area of about three football fields isset up," added Lian Hanqiang, director of the Performing Arts Department, Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Ocean Kingdom.

Virtual reality technology and a variety of three-dimensional scenes are in use in the haunted mansions to enhance the experience.
