There were no surprises in the second day of matches in the first round of Spain's Copa del Rey, although Rayo Vallecano was given a nasty shock before recovering to claim a comfortable win.
Rayo had a torrid opening half hour away to sixth-tier amateur side CD Yuncos, who took the lead in the 26th minute when Aaron Garcia took advantage of a defensive mix-up to score a goal he will probably never forget.
Yuncos held the lead for 10 minutes before Fran Perez scored his first goal of a six-minute hat-trick to turn the score around before the break, with Gerard Gumbau, Oscar Trejo and Sergio Camello adding further goals in the second half.
Villarreal also enjoyed a comfortable win with Tani Oluwaseyi scoring a hat-trick in a 6-0 win away to fifth-tier Ciudad de Lucena, with Ilias Chakkour, Georges Mikautadze and Santi Comesana also scoring.
Elche had a comfortable win away to UD Los Garres, with Adam El Mokhtari and Martim Carvalho Neto putting the top-flight side 2-0 up by halftime, and Rodrigo Mendoza and Federico Redondo completed the scoring after the break.
Raul Garcia netted a hat-trick as Osasuna also had a straightforward evening with a 5-0 win away to CD Sant Jordi, with Ante Budimir and Kike Barja also hitting the net as the team from Pamplona progressed to the second round.
Elsewhere, Mallorca beat sixth-tier Atletic Sant 2-0.
