China's top economic planner announced on Friday that it has begun soliciting public opinions and suggestions concerning the formulation of the draft outline of the country's 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) for economic and social development.
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is working with relevant departments and local authorities to advance the formulation of the draft outline, NDRC spokesperson Li Chao said.
The NDRC's official website, new media platforms, and the Chinese government portal are pooling suggestions for more than 20 key areas of economic and social development from Friday to Nov. 14, she said.
