Power company improves services to ensure electricity supply for enterprise

State Grid Chifeng Power Supply Company has streamlined its services to better address fast-growing power needs for a local electronic information enterprise in China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

Working on its LED chip packaging project — a key local information industry initiative — Chifeng Tengcai Semiconductor Technology Co. Ltd. requires a growing and stable electricity supply to ensure its equipment installation.

The power company established an ad-hoc service team to support power supply for the project. The team frequently paid visits, inspecting power lines and distribution facilities and offering power usage recommendations based on the project's schedule.

"Our equipment installation has been progressing smoothly and no power shortage occurred, thanks to their services," said a manager of Chifeng Tengcai Semiconductor Technology Co. Ltd. "The power supply team conducts regular inspections, which have been a big support to facilitate our work."

State Grid Chifeng Power Supply Company said it will continue to closely follow the project's progress, and optimize maintenance on power equipment based on the project's production timeline to ensure stable power supply.
