The National Aquatics Center hosted a friendly match on Nov. 30 between China's national women's curling team and students from Tsinghua University High School – Zhixin branch. The game served as a way to show their skills, with members of the national squad also offering technical guidance to the younger players.

With the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Games approaching, the venue also hosted a brief send-off ceremony for the national squad. Following the match, the athletes were presented with commemorative curling stones that symbolize bright prospects and hope for new breakthroughs on the Olympic stage.

As a dual-Olympic venue, the National Aquatics Center continues to promote the development of winter sports and utilize its facilities to foster the connection between the nation's top athletes and the younger generation.
