China hosts Spring Festival reception for foreign journalists

The 2026 Spring Festival Reception for Foreign Journalists in China, co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, was held in Beijing on Friday.

More than 700 attendees, including foreign reporters, press officers from embassies in China, spokespersons from government ministries, and Chinese experts, scholars and media representatives, gathered to mark the upcoming Year of the Horse.

The reception featured traditional Chinese cultural exhibits and a Spring Festival concert.
