Beijing's Yanqing district comes alive as mythical lantern festival blazes through the winter night

Throughout the festivities, the Heavenly Palace Market offers a curated selection of merchandise, local delicacies, and intangible cultural heritage goods. Creative products, such as Monkey King-shaped keychains and themed tote bags, allow visitors to transform mythical memories into portable souvenirs. Themed parades are held periodically, featuring performers in traditional attire who will interact and pose for photos with visitors.
