A total of about 517,000 displaced people have been registered on Lebanon's government relief platform as Israeli attacks continue across the country, Lebanese Social Affairs Minister Haneen Sayed said on Sunday.

Sayed said that 117,228 displaced people are currently staying in 538 official shelters across Lebanon, while others registered online outside the shelters through the platform moza-relief.com.

She urged displaced people who have not yet registered, both in and out of shelters, to do so through the platform to facilitate the assistance delivery.

Regarding health services, Sayed noted that 429 shelters are directly connected to healthcare centers operated by the Ministry of Public Health, providing follow-up basic medical services.

Hezbollah fired missiles and drones at Israel on Monday, retaliating for the killing of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and Israeli attacks on Lebanon. Israel responded with massive airstrikes and deployed ground troops into Lebanon, sharply escalating the conflict and displacing hundreds of thousands of civilians.
