The 28th Beijing Pinggu International Peach Blossom Festival will run from April 10 to May 5 in northeastern Beijing’s Pinggu district. Centered on a “guest-first” philosophy, this year’s event introduces three major features, three curated sightseeing routes connecting eight themed zones, and its first-ever comprehensive tour map.
To enhance visitor experience, eight public welfare initiatives include free admission for visitors born in the Year of the Horse, complimentary gifts such as pet chicks and candied hawthorn sticks, free parking and shuttle buses, pet-friendly hotels, and special discounts at local inns and hotels.

Cultural activities blend tradition with modern trends, featuring poetry recitals, an e-sports competition, and a karaoke contest. Daytime activities include horse riding through the peach blossom sea, while nighttime offerings feature themed light displays, camping, live performances, and craft beer parties.
Three sightseeing routes cater to different interests: the western route focuses on ecological scenery and folk culture; the central route offers family-friendly fun; the eastern route highlights leisure and high-quality resort experiences.
A newly released tour map integrates scenic spots, accommodations, and dining options for easy navigation. Additional seasonal events include a tomato tasting festival, a Chinese toon cultural festival, and early cherry blossom music season.
With 28 years of history, the festival invites visitors to enjoy the blossoming peach orchards and diverse cultural activities in Pinggu.
