At the opening ceremony, three national-level intangible cultural heritage items from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region took center stage, including Yuyang Dagu (a form of vocal art accompanied by drumming) from Tianjin; Changli Yangko (a rural folk dance) from Hebei province; as well as Beijing's Yanqing Bamboo Horse Dance. The joint showcase highlighted the profound cultural synergy within the region.

This year's festival integrates agriculture, culture, tourism, sports and commerce. It features curated sightseeing routes and nighttime attractions, aiming to boost tourism, invigorate local industries, and benefit residents.

To enhance visitor experience, the festival has released a comprehensive tourist map and designed three signature routes that connect eight themed zones in Pinggu, allowing travelers to explore with ease.

• Western Route: "Spring Peach Valley Blossom Trail" – Stretching north from the Peach Blossom Sea to Zhenluoying. Visitors can climb to a vantage point overlooking the pink floral sea. The Yajishan area boasts over 500 years of folk culture and will host the 38th Yajishan Temple Fair in May. The Lakeside Gengduyuan Garden is open free of charge from April 10 to 30, offering lakeside scenery and a taste of idyllic country life.

• Central Route: "Joyful Countryside Leisure Trail" – Connecting Taoyuanli, Pingdong Market, and Yuzishan Valley, this route is ideal for family trips. Taoyuanli features jungle adventures, a petting zoo, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Pingdong Market hosts daily events, including nighttime electric parties and jazz concerts. Yuzishan Valley offers light hiking experiences.

• Eastern Route: "Lakeside & Mountain Blossom Retreat" – Focusing on Jinhai Lake and Huangsongyu, visitors can boat on Jinhai Lake, climb Sawtooth Ridge for panoramic views, or enjoy glamping and carriage tours on Bibo Island, known as the "Swiss Alps of Beijing's Suburbs." In Huangsongyu Art Valley, guests can explore the Wanshenggu Art Park and the Chinese Landscape Painting Research Institute, where art meets nature.
