“95后”新农人骆雨：用青春与智慧耕耘田野
New farmer brings innovation and skills to the field

眼下正值春耕时节，湖南省郴州市北湖区华塘镇的种粮大户骆雨十分忙碌，育秧、插秧、检查农机设备，一刻不得闲……出生于1997年、毕业于护理专业的她，如今是一个会开十多种农机、种了4000多亩田的新农人。

Luo Yu, born in 1997, graduated with a degree in nursing, but has now become a capable "new farmer" who embraces advanced technology and incorporates innovative ideas and skills to farming.

四年前，骆雨与丈夫江茂智在福建经营民宿时，她的父亲作为种粮大户，已在家乡流转了3000多亩土地。看到父亲日夜操劳、对电脑使用力不从心，骆雨和丈夫决定放弃民宿生意，返乡种田。

Luo and her husband used to run a homestay in southeast China's Fujian Province four years ago. The couple decided to close the homestay and returned to their hometown in central China's Hunan to ease the burden of Luo's father, who was taking care of more than 3,000 mu (about 200 hectares) of farmland.

骆雨从零学起，渐渐熟练掌握了拖拉机、插秧机、收割机等农机的操作。她和丈夫整合零散地块，对有条件的田块进行高标准农田改造，购入适合丘陵地形作业的农机，有效提升了种植效益。不止种好自家田，骆雨还组建起了一支农机服务队，为周边农户提供耕、种、管、收、烘全流程社会化服务。

Starting from scratch, Luo learned to operate agricultural machinery and bought gears and tool suited to local terrain. The couple consolidated scattered plots and upgraded them into high-standard farmland. Luo also inaugurated a team to provide full-cycle farming services for farmers in the neighborhood.

“去年我们一共种了4442.28亩田，实现200多户村民就近就业，双季稻的亩产达到了2000斤。”骆雨骄傲地介绍。

Cultivated lands under their watch totaled 4,442.28 mu (about 296.15 hectares) last year, where more than 200 local households found employment there.

今年起，骆雨开始在短视频平台发布自己的田间日常，并科普农业知识。她计划推出自有品牌，通过短视频平台推广当地的优质大米。“希望更多年轻人加入新农人队伍，用青春与智慧耕耘田野。”骆雨说。

Luo still seeks further development via new media, and plans to launch her own brand. "I hope more young people will be willing to become 'new farmers' and make a difference with their vigor and wisdom," she said.
