Pu Songling exhibition opens at National Museum of China in Beijing

Editor's note: The exhibition "Imagination Without Borders: The Chinese Writer Pu Songling and His Strange Tales from Liaozhai" opened on May 28 at the National Museum of China in Beijing. Featuring more than 240 exhibits, the exhibition covers Pu Songling's life, stories from "Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio" and related scholarship and artistic works. Liaozhai, translated into English as the "Studio of Conversation" or "Studio of Leisure," was the name of Pu's study.
