The Smart Vehicle Chain exhibition at the fourth China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) brought together leading automakers, battery manufacturers, technology companies and global suppliers, showcasing China's integrated automotive supply chain and growing international cooperation in the sector.
Lin Shunjie, chairman of China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., said the exhibition covered the entire automotive industry chain, from key components to complete vehicles.
Official partner Seres exhibited alongside six core supply chain partners, demonstrating the strength of its high-end new energy vehicle ecosystem, Lin said.
Geely, Dongfeng, XPENG and Volvo participated in the expo for the fourth consecutive year, while the Shenyang Automotive Industry Park organized a group exhibition featuring companies including BMW.
Leading battery manufacturers CATL and Gotion High-Tech showcased their latest products and technologies, while autonomous driving company Momenta presented its latest intelligent driving solutions and applications.
International suppliers, including Rio Tinto and Bosch, also participated, making the exhibition a comprehensive showcase of the smart vehicle industry chain, spanning power batteries, automotive components, intelligent in-vehicle systems and complete vehicles.
The exhibition also highlighted emerging technologies. Govy showcased flying car technologies, demonstrating the convergence of smart mobility and the low-altitude economy. China Galaxy Securities participated to illustrate how financial services can support the automotive industry and promote cross-sector collaboration.
Entrusted by the International Automobile Federation (FIA), the Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of China also exhibited. In turn, they were able to showcase the development of China's motorsport industrial chain.
Lin also pointed to Dalian Ketian New Materials Co., Ltd. as an example of how the expo has supported business growth. A participant at all four editions of CISCE, the company has grown from a small to a medium-sized enterprise and now is a large-scale leading supplier of lightweight materials for vehicle bodies and wheels.
International visitors said the expo provides an effective platform for building partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.
Christopher Przybylo, board advisor of Poland's Raben Group, said he was particularly interested in the Smart Vehicle Chain exhibition.
"This is my second time at the expo," he said. "I'm here to connect automotive supply chains between China and Europe and explore how we can support Chinese manufacturers expanding into the European market."

Bashar Shumailah, procurement and warehouse manager of Shumailah & Sons Company, said he came to the expo looking for opportunities in both the automotive and clean energy sectors.
"Our company mainly works in power generation projects, including wind farms, solar power and related infrastructure," he said.
"I think this expo provides a great opportunity for investors to find not only what China has to offer, but also products and partners from around the world."
Fabricio Pettina, a visitor from Argentina, said he was impressed by the technologies on display.
"I'm particularly interested in automobiles," he said. "China is at the forefront of innovation, and I hope more Chinese automotive brands will be exported to Argentina so consumers there can enjoy more choices."
The fourth CISCE opened in Beijing on June 22, attracting participants from 85 countries, regions and international organizations.
Hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the expo ran through June 26 under the theme "Connecting the World for a Shared Future." It features six thematic industrial chains — Digital Technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Green Agriculture, Healthy Life, Smart Vehicle and Clean Energy — together with a dedicated Supply Chain Services Area.
