China issues red alert as Typhoon Dolphin approaches

Typhoon Dolphin is forecast to make landfall along the country's east coast from Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province to Fuding in Fujian Province, according to the National Meteorological Center (NMC). (Xinhua/Jiang Han)
