湖南益阳：明清古巷激活夜间消费活力
Nighttime economy thrives in historic and cultural district in China's Hunan

8月12日，参观者在湖南益阳明清古巷魏公庙巷观看“拱券撑墙”结构。位于湖南省益阳市资阳区的明清古巷，有文物保护单位及文物点41处。随着暑期夜间经济持续升温，古巷依托其独有的古院建筑，将街头小吃、湖湘风味餐饮、戏院茶艺品鉴等连成一条完整的夜间消费链，吸引大量市民游客驻足打卡。据统计，目前古巷夜间客流占比已高达全天65%，夜间消费额占比达70%。[新华社记者 戴明轩 摄]

Tourists view ancient architecture within a historic and cultural district in Yiyang City, central China's Hunan Province, on Aug. 12, 2026. The old district dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911) is home to 41 cultural heritage sites. As the nighttime economy continues to gain momentum during the summer vacation, the district is attracting large numbers of visitors with its diverse tourism offerings.
