Mobile industrial robots can operate without cords or power strips while maintaining a stable, reliable power supply through high-wattage wireless charging technology -- a game-changing advancement for flexible, uninterrupted automation. This is the case in Fuyang city, Anhui province, where products have already entered mass production.
ZoneCharge Wireless Power Technology Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen-based company, established a production and research base in Fuyang in 2023. This has developed into an 8,200-square meter plant and a 50-strong R&D team, with a monthly capacity of 500,000 wireless charging modules.

Li Linghan, founder of ZoneCharge, said the Fuyang base provides a well-developed industrial chain that supports the application of their high-wattage wireless power supply solutions which also helps cut costs. This is thanks to China's booming robotic and industrial automation industry that their technology is able to iterate quickly.
The company's enterprise-grade wireless power supply solutions, based on magnetic resonance technology, can realize a 90% transfer efficiency within a distance of three to 10 centimeters.

The 15kW dynamic wireless power supply system for industrial production can replace traditional sliding contact lines. It allows equipment to get powered while moving at a speed of 10 meters per second and requires minimal maintenance throughout its life cycle.
Their advanced solutions have been implemented at SF Express and other top logistics companies. Wireless charging is also able to work for electric two-wheelers in a dozen cities, which also use their products.
On the consumer market, their cordless kitchen appliances have received China Compulsory Certification and European Conformity approval and entered mass production.
For future development, Li expected more equipment would use wireless technology to gain power supply.
