Shaanxi power service boosts business environment for micro and small businesses

State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power is improving the business environment by making electricity access faster and easier for local micro and small enterprises (MSEs).

To better serve MSEs, State Grid Xi'an Gaoling Power Supply Company has established a green channel and a "three-priority" mechanism—priority acceptance, field investigation, and power delivery—to shorten waiting times.

State Grid Shaanxi has also raised the low-voltage access capacity limit from 160 kW to 200 kW in Xi'an and Yan'an. In Xi'an, eligible private economic organizations with a capacity of 200 kW or less can enjoy the "three zeros" service—zero on-site visits, zero approval procedures, and zero investment—thereby reducing power application costs.

The company has further introduced ten measures to support the private economy, including face recognition, document-free handling, joint applications for water, electricity, gas, and internet services, and shared power use for temporary needs.
