10月15日，第140届中国进出口商品交易会（广交会）开展，全程共有3万多家企业参展，约34万名境外采购商到会采购。

The 140th edition of the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, opened to visitors in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province on Thursday, with more than 30,000 exhibiting companies and about 340,000 overseas buyers expected to attend.

第140届广交会于10月15日至11月4日分三期在广州举办，三期主题分别是“先进制造”“品质家居”“美好生活”。

The 140th Canton Fair runs in three phases in Guangzhou from Oct. 15 to Nov. 4.

70年来，广交会已经成为我国规模最大、历史最长、商品最全、客商最多、成交最好的国际贸易盛会。

Over the past 70 years, the Canton Fair has grown into China's largest and longest-running international trade event, with the most complete product range, the largest number of buyers and the highest transaction volume.
