In Habagxi Community, Kangbashi district in Ordos, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, there is an employment base for persons with disabilities. At this base, a team called "Lizhi Flowers" has been formed, consisting of persons with disabilities and relocated farmers and herders.

By early 2026, the "Lizhi Flowers" team — originally an employment group for persons with disabilities — had grown into seven stable collectives, covering entrepreneurship, sewing, knitting, choir, craft workshops, and other areas.

The team precisely targets market demand and has continuously expanded, forming a closed-loop model: "Party leadership + vocational training + order fulfillment + market sales + employment and income growth."

Habagxi Community has undertaken a total of 61 projects, with a total contract value exceeding 17 million yuan, helping more than 720 relocated farmers and herders increase their average monthly per capita income by over 5,000 yuan.
