March 21 marks the International Children's Songs Day. To celebrate the day, students at Dexingjie Primary School in Jinan, the capital of eastern China's Shandong Province, attended an event on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, performing songs composed by themselves or that they had learned from others.

Students of a primary school in Kaifeng, Henan Province, were reciting children's rhymes and enjoying the songs on March 21, marking the International Children's Songs Day.
