Actress Mary-Kate Olsen will not be questioned by detectives about actor Heath Ledger's death, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said as quoted by media reports Tuesday.

"There's absolutely no indication investigators were going to speak to Mary-Kate Olsen," Kelly said at a news conference Sunday. "They determined that they had all the info needed from witnesses who were on scene: That's the cleaning woman, the masseuse."

Ledger's masseuse, Diana Wolozin, who had an appointment with the Brokeback Mountain actor, found him dead last week in his apartment.

Wolozin called Olsen, whose number was programmed into Ledger's cell phone, to seek advice before she dialed 911. The masseuse called Olsen a fourth time after paramedics had arrived.

The 21-year-old actress, who was in California, summoned her personal security guards to the apartment to help, police said.

Olsen hasn't spoken publicly about the calls. She has only said: "Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time."

An autopsy on the 28-year-old actor was inconclusive and the cause of his death will not be known for at least a week.

Authorities suspect a possible drug overdose. Six prescription drugs were found in the Manhattan apartment where Ledger's body was found.
