About Im Sang-soo:

Born on April 27, 1962, Im Sang-soo is a South Korean film director and screenwriter. He has been invited twice to compete for the Palme d'Or at the international Cannes Film Festival. His best-known films include "Tears" in 2000, "A Good Lawyer's Wife" in 2003, "The President's Last Bang" in 2005 and "The Old Garden" in 2006.
